THE WHAT? Amorepacfic has celebrated its 76th birthday with a virtual ceremony that took place on the ‘metaverse.’

THE DETAILS Taking place over three days, Amorepacific recreated its main HQ online, with members globally invited to attend in order to experience a virtual tour and walk through.

Experiential experiences included a heritage treasure hunt, an escape room and a corporate history quiz. Members were also able to congratulate employees receiving awards.

THE WHY? Chairman and CEO Suh Kyungbae used the event to celebrate the company’s anniversary, reward long serving members and declare the 2025 Vision. 

According to a press release the vision aims to, “Focus on the growth of high-functional products including bio and derma cosmetics and the wellness category to expand its business into ‘Life Beauty’ spanning every moment of life, provide super-personalized beauty solutions using the company’s detailed customer data accumulated for a long time and advanced digital technology and create an advanced business ecosystem based on proactive ’empathy’ for every stakeholder.”
