THE WHAT? Airlite Plastics has announced the acquisition of Cosmetic Specialties International, expanding its industry presence into cosmetic packaging products.
THE DETAILS CSI will continue to operate out of its current location in Oxnard with the local leadership in situ.

THE WHY? The deal will allow Airlite to expand its footprint in the United States and enter the cosmetics industry through a well-established industry player in the space.
