THE WHAT? Shiseido’s restaurant L’Osier has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2022 for the fourth consecutive year. 

THE DETAILS The award is said to be the highest honor given to restaurants serving ‘exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey.’

L’Osier’s Executive Chef Oliver Chaigon commented, “First of all, I would like to thank all our customers for coming to L’Osier. I would also like to express my gratitude to the producers who provide us with wonderful ingredients and to my staff, who are passionate and dedicated to their work and support me every day. I will continue to work hard with my staff to make our customers have the best possible experience at L’Osier.”

Shiseido’s Italian restaurant Faro, located in Ginza, Tokyo, earned one star, which is said to signify a ‘very good restaurant in its category.’ 

The restaurant won the star for the second consecutive year. Both restaurants were awarded Green Stars for their sustainable practices.
